These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.lifestreamnetworks.com, our streaming channels, apps, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Lifestream Networks Incorporated(“Lifestream Networks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About the Services

Lifestream Networks provides 24-hour, Bible-based television and streaming content — including teaching programs, concerts, conferences, music videos, and daily devotions — through our website, mobile and connected-TV apps, and other channels. We also operate related products, including the VideoStreamline live-streaming platform, which is governed by its own Terms of Service. We may add, change, or discontinue features or content at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Permitted use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view our content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Copy, record, download, redistribute, broadcast, or publicly perform our content except as expressly permitted;
• Sell, rent, or commercially exploit any part of the Services or content;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Services;
• Use the Services in any way that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that interferes with or disrupts the Services or their security;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems.

4. Intellectual property

The Services and all content, programming, video, audio, graphics, logos, and trademarks (excluding content you submit) are owned by Lifestream Networks Incorporated or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “Lifestream Networks” and related marks are trademarks of Lifestream Networks Incorporated. Except for the limited license in Section 3, no rights are granted to you.

5. Your submissions

If you submit content to us — such as comments, prayer requests, testimonials, or other materials — you grant Lifestream Networks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Services and our ministry. You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringing.

6. Donations

Donations and gifts offered through the Services are voluntary and are processed by third-party payment providers, not by Lifestream Networks directly. Any such donation is subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable third-party provider, and we are not responsible for their processing. Unless otherwise stated at the time of your gift or required by law, donations are non-refundable. For questions about a specific transaction, please contact the provider that processed it, or contact us and we will help direct your inquiry.

7. Third-party links and services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifestream Networks Incorporated and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifestream Networks Incorporated from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Prince George's County, Maryland, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are effective when we post the revised Terms and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
