When Dr. Donkor is not at the University in Ghana, West Africa, or checking up on one of the many branch churches around the world, you will find him in his Headquarters office in Toronto, Canada. Dr. Samuel Donkor is extremely passionate about his calling and shows absolutely no signs of slowing down. He founded the World Reconciliation Evangelistic Ministries Inc., and in a relatively short period, planted three churches before migrating to Canada in 1981. Consumed with a great passion for soul winning, he walked the streets of Jane and Finch in Toronto, leading countless numbers of people to Christ.
